PREVIEW: Raith Rovers v Clyde

Clyde travel to Kirkcaldy tomorrow to face current Ladbrokes League 1 leaders Raith Rovers at Stark’s Park.

The last meeting between the sides in November finished 2-2 in a thrilling match at Broadwood, with the first encounter of the season ending with Rovers as 5-2 winners.

Danny Lennon spoke to the official website ahead of the game:-

“We need to get back to winning ways. We have to go out and play football, get on the ball and be comfortable on the ball and give ourselves the best opportunity we can in every game.

“I know the players have it in their locker to sustain their best performances for longer periods in a game. You’re never going to dominate possession or a game of football for the full 90 minutes, but what we have to do is give ourselves every opportunity to be staying in games.

“We’re facing the league leaders tomorrow and we know that it’s a difficult venue to go to, but we have proved multiple times this season that we deliver our best in this type of game. What we have to do though is start making sure that we deliver that week in, week out.”

Clyde fans will be housed in the SM Electrical Supplies Stand at Stark’s Park. Admission prices are; adult £16, parent & child £22*, under 21 / over 65 / disabled £10*, under 16 £8*.

*Concession tickets must be purchased from the ticket office before entering the turnstiles. Proof of status/age will be required.
