PREVIEW: East Fife v Clyde
After two weeks of cup action, Clyde return to Ladbrokes League 1 duty tomorrow night, with an away match against East Fife.
The two sides met at Broadwood on the opening day of the season, playing out an entertaining 1-1 draw, with The Fifers now in third place in the table.
Kieran Duffie is doubtful for the match after suffering a heavy fall at Stirling Albion on Saturday, although hospital tests have thankfully confirmed that he sustained no serious damage.
Speaking to the official website today, Danny Lennon said:-
“I thought we were very good at Inverness last week and we then had to show good character at Stirling to get the win, despite not being at our best when in possession. That’s a good sign for me and it shows that the players are learning.
“East Fife have had a good season so far, but they will be hurting after their cup result on Saturday. They are a very good side and strong from middle to front. I’m looking forward to it. Yes, we are a bit stretched at the moment in terms of the squad but I’m not one to moan about that, I’d rather focus on what we do have and all of the good things there.
“I thought we had another fantastic away support on Saturday. If you’re travelling tomorrow, please take your time and have a safe journey.”
Admission prices at Bayview are; adults £15, concessions £12, under-16s £5, parent & child £18, parent & two children £21, under-5s FREE.
