Lang Moves to Dunfermline
The club can confirm that Tom Lang has today completed a move to Dunfermline Athletic.
Lang, 22, was offered a new contract by Clyde ahead of the 2019-20 season, but he has subsequently chosen to move on. Given the player’s age, the club is entitled to development compensation as part of any transfer and an undisclosed fee has been agreed with Dunfermline.
The defender joined Clyde at the beginning of 2018 and went on to feature in a total of 34 matches. His time at the club was initially hampered by a knee injury, but he ended his spell as a regular starter in the first team, as The Bully Wee won promotion to League 1.
Everyone at Clyde wishes Tom well in his future career.
