Race Night Update
Preparations are continuing ahead of next month’s Race Night, taking place on Saturday 6th April at Broadwood following the Ladbrokes League 2 match against Peterhead.
Tickets are still available and priced at just £5. They will be on sale from the Club Shop at Broadwood tomorrow and at all upcoming home matches, as well as from event organisers Paul Shanks and Dean McKirdy, until sold out.
The fundraising event will take place in the Arria Lounge, starting at 7pm prompt. Access to the lounge will be available to all ticket holders immediately after the end of the match, for those wishing to stay on at the stadium.
Further to the races, an Indian-style buffet will be served during the evening and a raffle and auction will take place.
The auction will feature a range of excellent Clyde-minded and other items, with confirmed prizes so far as below:-
- A first team travel experience – two seats on the team bus for an away match next season
- Signed first team strips
- A collection of signed first team action pictures
- 10 hours of driving lessons
A special raffle will also be held, giving 20 fans the chance to take part in and feature in the official team photoshoot for the 2019-20 season.
Anyone wishing to sponsor a horse can do so, also for £5, by emailing clyderacenight@gmail.com with their details and a horse name(s).
After the event, taxis returning to Glasgow city centre will be available for a flat fee of £15.
