Arria Lounge Refurbishment

The club is pleased to announce the start of a major refurbishment project within Broadwood Stadium, in partnership with North Lanarkshire Leisure (NLL).

The project will see the first floor Arria Lounge completely refurbished as a multi-purpose event facility.

As well as improving the matchday experience for hospitality and other guests, the new lounge will be available to the wider community all year round, catering for conferences, weddings, birthdays and any other type of event.

The club is also creating a division – Clyde Events – that will manage hospitality and events. Clyde and NLL will subsequently use the associated profits to continue to improve the club and the stadium as a community facility.

Once finished, the lounge will feature:-

• Space for up to 120 people
• A new bar facility, including local and international beers, gins and whiskies
• DJ / music system
• Coffee bar – serving the best coffee in town!

Preparation work has already started, with completion due in April.

Clyde chairman, Norrie Innes said: “This project is part of a truly positive partnership between the club and NLL, using and sharing our respective skill sets in an innovative way that will ultimately benefit our club and the community.

“It will be a welcoming space, bringing together football, food, family and friends – all part of a better stadium experience overall.”
