Tony Given Interim Role

The club can confirm that under-20 head coach, Tony McNally will lead the first team on an interim basis while the process of recruiting a new management team is undertaken.

Tony, who was appointed to the under-20 role in August, is a UEFA B Licence and UEFA Elite Youth A Licence holder with previous coaching experience at Annan Athletic and Dumbarton, where he was was also named Head of Youth Development.

Clyde chairman Norrie Innes met the squad before training on Tuesday night, which was then led by Tony. Tonight’s session will again be headed up by Tony, who will then take charge at Stenhousemuir on Saturday.

Applications for the first team manager position are currently being considered, with a shortlist to be finalised early next week.
