Rovers Win Friendly Match

The Bully Wee took part in their opening friendly of the summer this afternoon, with a match against Albion Rovers at Cliftonhill.

The League 1 side ended up as 2-1 winners, thanks to a goal in each half from forward Jaoa Victoria. For Clyde, David Goodwillie equalised before half-time when he got on the end of Darren Miller’s corner and headed home.

A number of trialists were introduced to the Clyde line-up in the second half.
