The Bully Wee’s second warm-up match of the summer took place this evening, as Airdrieonians visited Broadwood.

The final scoreline was 3-1 to Clyde.

David Gormley got the opener just before half-time, heading home from Darren Miller’s corner. Miller then scored an unusual goal just after the break, when his cross found its way into the net. Substitute Max Wright got the third when he was brought down in the box and converted the subsequent penalty kick.

Airdrie’s Cameron Russell scored a late goal with a looping volley.
