McMillan Signs Short Term Deal

The club can confirm that Jordan McMillan has signed a short term deal with the club, on amateur terms.

McMillan, 28, is formerly of Rangers, Dunfermline and Partick Thistle and plays in defence or midfield. He is eligible to feature in tomorrow’s William Hill Scottish Cup match against Stirling Albion at Forthbank.

Clyde manager, Barry Ferguson said:-

“Jordan has been in training with us recently and he’s been a joy to work with – an absolute professional. His attitude is exactly what I’m looking for at the club and he helps to bring out the best in the other players as well.

“We have a gentleman’s agreement with him, he will be in the squad tomorrow and we’ll need to wait and see how long his stay lasts after that. He can undoubtedly play at a much higher level and we won’t stand in his way if he gets an opportunity to do that.

“I’ve known Jordan since he was a young player at Rangers and he hasn’t changed, he just wants to play as much football as possible.”
