Clyde View Scoops Award
The Clyde View, the club’s official matchday programme, has once again been voted Divisional Programme of the Year in Scotland.
The awards, organised and judged by the UK’s leading programme publication ‘Programme Monthly’, announced:-
“Perhaps it’s predictable, but then again, like the Aberdeen issue in the Premier League, quality always delivers. CV or Clyde View as we better know it, may have shrunk in page size from B5 to A5, but the quality, design and content is all still there. Always strong on the historical side of The Bully Wee, it’s a programme that belies the club’s current status.”
This is the 24th consecutive season that the Clyde View has won the Divisional award and Editor, John Taylor was naturally delighted. He said:-
“It’s a fitting reward for Catherine and Frank Tocher, who typeset and design the programme, to our contributors who make it such a readable publication and to our advertisers without whom we would have no programme. I’d also like to acknowledge the excellent service provided by our printers, MLG and would like to extend special thanks to MBM Print for provision of the printed shells, a relationship that has spanned the 24 years that the Clyde View has been to the fore.”
Programme Monthly judges awarded the prizes as follows:-
- Premiership: Aberdeen
- Championship: Rangers
- League 1: Dunfermline Athletic
- League 2: Clyde
Our congratulations go to the other winners.
