Club Statement

The club has inadvertently breached rule E29 of the SPFL by missing a November HMRC payment of £3,320.20.

In the event of a breach of rule E29, clubs are precluded from fielding players registered after the breach unless subsequently approved by the board of the SPFL.

The club is in communication with the SPFL whose Board will consider this matter at its meeting in the coming week.

The club is fully up to date with all HMRC liabilities.
