PREVIEW: Stirling Albion v Clyde
The Bully Wee’s 2015-16 Ladbrokes League 2 campaign gets underway tomorrow, with a short trip to Forthbank to take on Stirling Albion.
The Binos are new to the league following relegation last term and are considered on of the favourites to challenge at the top end of the table, so it’s set to be an interesting afternoon.
Other than long-term absentee Scott Durie, Clyde’s only injury doubt is Mark McLaughlin.
Barry Ferguson said: “It’s a tough game to start, they are one of the favourites and they’ve made some good signings. I also heard they were unlucky against Airdrie in the cup last weekend. However every game will be tough and I’m not really bothered about what order they come in to be honest.
“The players’ attitude has been superb at training this week, I can’t ask for any more from them, and they are starting to get to know each other on the pitch now.
“I know Stirling’s manager and they have good players so it should be a good match to start the league season.”
Clyde fans will be housed in the East Stand at Forthbank, with admission prices as follows:-
- Adults £12
- Seniors & Students £8
- Under-17s £5
- Under-12s FREE
