Sportsman’s Dinner – Tickets Available

The club’s annual dinner event, a major fundraiser on the calendar, will be held on Friday 20th February 2015 at the excellent Oran Mor venue on Byres Road, Glasgow from 7pm until late.

The event will return to the original Sportsman’s Dinner formula, featuring a host and two after dinner speakers combined with the traditional auction and raffle events.

Regular host, Dougie Donnelly is unfortunately unavailable to attend. However, his role will be expertly taken on by stand up act Pat Rolink. Well-known comedian Des McLean (pictured on the homepage) and radio presenter Tam Cowan have also been booked to entertain guests.

Ticket prices are as follows; Clyde FC Owners £50, Non-Owners £60 with a reduced price for a table of 10 of £550.

Club director, Gordon Nisbet, who returns as organiser of the event said: “We have tried to keep the prices as competitive as possible and, with the event returning to a more central venue, we hope this will greatly assist in making it a success.

“As with earlier Sportman’s Dinners, I can also promise a couple of totally unique Clyde auction items.”
