Clyde in the Pink!
Clyde FC is delighted to announce that the first team will wear the Think Pink Scotland charity third kit at the upcoming Petrofac Training Cup tie against Rangers.
It will be the first time that the kit has been used in a competitive match, as Barry Ferguson returns to Ibrox for a Second Round clash.
The club’s partnership with Think Pink Scotland was launched in June and sees 20% of all replica kit sales donated to the charity, with its logo also displayed on the back of the unique strip.
Additionally, the club has commenced negotiations with Glasgow University on a new relationship which will offer Clyde season tickets to all current and former students, with a similar 20% being donated to Think Pink Scotland.
Club director, Bobby Gracey said: “Clyde FC is proud to be playing our part with Think Pink Scotland and this will be a great opportunity to assist them in getting the message out about the importance of ongoing cancer research in the West of Scotland and the difference it can make to so many lives.
“On behalf of the club and the charity, I would like to thank everyone who has supported this very worthwhile cause by buying the third strip.”
