Les Invests in Gavin

The club is pleased to announce that Gavin Brown has become the latest player to be attached to the Young Player Investment Initiative.

Les Meikle, CIC owner and executive club member, is the latest individual to support the scheme by agreeing to invest in the right back’s future.

It follows last week’s news that Stef McCluskey was being backed by Phil Caplan.

Club director Bobby Gracey said:-

“Gavin’s contract will still be wholly retained by Clyde FC, but if the club receives a transfer fee for him between now and the end of next season Les will be sharing 50% of the money.

“Les was pleased to select Gavin and we hope it is beneficial to everyone involved.”
