Youngsters Excel in Oban

One of the Bully Wee’s academy teams did the club proud yesterday with a fine showing at the annual Oban Saints Youth Tournament at Mossfield Stadium.

Clyde’s Under-13s finished in an excellent second place, from a strong field including Kilmarnock, Hamilton Accies, St. Mirren, Dumbarton and Queen’s Park.

There was also a personal achievment for one of the boys, as Jack Mooney claimed the Player of the Tournament award. The young defender is pictured on the homepage with his trophy.
