PREVIEW: Aleks Ready to Play

Clyde host East Stirlingshire at Broadwood tomorrow, as the IRN-BRU Third Division action continues to come thick and fast.

It’s the fourth and final meeting of the sides this season, with the Shire currently enjoying a seven-points-out-of-nine record.

The Bully Wee will be boosted by the availability of Latvian midfielder Aleks Gramovics, with the authorities confirming today that he is clear to play on all fronts. John Stewart returns after suspension and Willie Sawyers should also be in the squad again, after making a substitute appearance on Tuesday night.

Paul McMullan and Alan Lithgow continue to be unavailable through injury and several other players will face late tests to see whether or not they will be forced to join them in the stand.

A win would take Clyde within five points of Jim McInally’s men, having played three matches less.
