Charlie’s Wait Nearly Over

Charlie Miller looks set to make his debut for the club when Albion Rovers visit Broadwood on Tuesday night.

Club Secretary, John Taylor said, “FIFA have now confirmed they are in receipt of all the documentation required to register Charlie and, although there are no guarantees, we are very hopeful that the manager can include him in his squad for Tuesday.

“Following a recent change to the FIFA registration system clubs are required to submit all documentation as a pack, rather than previously when certain documentation could be being processed while other papers were in the pipeline.

“We received the final piece of paperwork – written confirmation from Charlie’s last club in Australia – yesterday and it’s now just a matter of time before he pulls on the Clyde shirt.”
