Debut Pain for McMullan

Prior to Saturday’s match at Montrose, Paul McMullan signed for the Bully Wee from Berwick Rangers.

The former Hearts, Raith Rovers and Stranraer winger left the Borderers due to work commitments and Stuart Millar was quick to move in.

Paul, 26, went on to make his debut at Links Park and put in a very promising display. That was until he picked up a knock in the closing stages and had to leave the field.

Unfortunately, it has now been revealed that he has broken a bone in his foot and is expected to be out for around six weeks.

He’s set to miss a number of matches throughout a busy spell, but will hopefully make a speedy recovery.
