Finlayson Signs On
Kevin Finlayson has become the latest addition to Clyde’s squad for the 2010-11 season. The 30-year-old signs on from Greenock Morton where he had spent the past five seasons.
Finlayson started his career with Queen’s Park and, after a brief period at Ross County, he returned to Hampden before signing for Stranraer in 2001. At Stair Park he made 130 appearances before joining the Cappielow club.
Finlayson’s versatility and workrate makes him an asset to the squad. Though he predominantly features on the right hand side, he has also played across the midfield and further forward.
Head coach Stuart Millar made the point earlier in the week about the number of players who have yet to experience SFL matches, so Kevin’s contribution will be vital in the campaign ahead.
