Consultation Meeting

Clyde FC shareholders and Supporters’ Trust members are reminded of a further consultation meeting regarding the proposed change of ownership structure of the football club which is to be held in Broadwood Stadium this Thursday evening at 7.30pm.

This is likely to be the final consultation meeting regarding the proposed new articles for Clyde FC and it is therefore an important meeting for individuals to attend. 

The evening presents an opportunity for Trust members and shareholders to influence the shape of the document that will govern Clyde FC for years to come and for Trust members it is also an opportunity to voice your opinion on the future of the Supporters’ Trust if the new articles are passed by shareholders.

In contrast to the first meeting, which focused on a presentation followed by a Q&A session, this event will place the emphasis on hearing the views of Trust members and shareholders in relation to key aspects of the document and put on the record the opinions and concerns of individuals before the proposed new articles of association are presented to shareholders for approval.
