Youngsters Enjoy Family Funday
Despite the disappointing result in the main match on Saturday, youngsters from Clyde’s Under-14 side still enjoyed the day thanks to the half-time 10 second challenge.
The Bully Wee kids managed to just beat their Forfar counterparts, thanks to some cool finishing and good goalkeeping.
The challenge was part of the Co-operative Insurance Football Family Funday. The Scottish Football League has reported that the day was a big success, with attendances over the country up by 50% on the same stage last year.
Thousands of children entered the games free of charge, 8000 skills posters were given out, 1600 mini-footballs were handed over, 32 mascots led their teams out, 16 Man of the Match awards were presented and hundreds of children received free coaching classes.
