Team News for League Opener

Clyde’s Second Division campaign begins in the North East tomorrow, with the club’s second ever visit to Peterhead’s Balmoor Stadium.

Two players will defiinitely miss the 2009-10 league opener. Robert Halliday is still out injured and Ally Park is suspended. One other unnamed player will also face a late decision on his fitness.

However, Darren Walker is back in contention to feature following an ankle injury.

The club are also hopeful of completing the signing of 21-year-old striker Adam Coakley in time for the match. The former Motherwell youngster has impressed John Brown at training.
