Director of Football to be Appointed

Clyde chairman Ian Letham contacted the official website to reveal that the club are actively seeking to augment the board with a new position of Director of Football.
 
“The post will not be a paid position, but the appointment will be an individual who is experienced in football and recognised within the game,” Ian said. “The person will be co-opted onto the Board and have strategic responsibility for all football activities at the club.
 
“By reporting to the rest of the directors, the person will also provide a crucial link between what happens on the pitch and off it.
 
“It is a position that we hope to fill soon, but it is more important that we get the right person to strengthen the board.”
