SFA Match at Broadwood

The Scottish FA have confirmed to the club that they have held talks with North Lanarkshire Council regarding a match scheduled to take place in Cumbernauld in May.

A Scotland B International Challenge Match against Northen Ireland is due to take place on 6th May, but this is subject to Clyde still being based at Broadwood.

Director of football affairs, John Ruddy said, “The SFA have informed us that they have spoken to Broadwood Stadium Ltd, seeking assurances that Clyde will still be tenants at Broadwood at the time of the match.

“The match must take place at a home of a member club of the SFA. They’ve been told by the stadium company that they will be given a response this week.”
