Clyde 2 v 2 Ross County

Clyde battled back from the brink of defeat to earn a point today but, in a reverse of last week’s outcome, Ross County will wonder how they did not win a match they largely dominated.

The impressive visitors took charge from the first whistle and scored from a corner after 17 minutes when Steven Craig found himself unmarked at the back post.

A couple of minutes later they doubled their lead via a fine free-kick by Morrison. It had been a bizarre refereeing decision to award the foul but County were worth at least their two goal advantage at the break.

The second half started mostly the same but Clyde kept fighting to get into the match and were rewarded after 68 minutes, when Ruari MacLennan skilfully worked his way towards goal and finished well.

With eight minutes remaining, Clarke flicked home the equaliser with his head after a great delivery into the box by substitute Ricky Waddell.
