Mark and Emma’s Special Day

As reported on the Official Website last week, Mark Tomberry and his daughter Emma made the trip to Broadwood on Saturday to complete their journey round all 42 Scottish grounds.

Mark contacted the club this week and his letter is reproduced below with his permission:-

“Hello to you all at Clyde FC.

May I thank everyone who helped make last Saturday such a special and memorable one for Emma and I. Your commitment and passion for your club are outstanding and your hospitality the same, but then we were in Scotland after all!

We really were low on Sunday as we did not want to come home. That’s always the case, but last week especially.

We will keep our fingers crossed that results pick up and safety is achieved. Once again a big thank you and we look forward to our next visit.
