Clyde boss John Brown did not spend his first full day wondering about what could have been from Saturday’s match, but rather immediately set about the task of guiding The Bully Wee to safety.

John started with watching the Under-19s draw 1-1 with Dumbarton, then the newly installed manager arranged for two players – with First Division experience – to come into train with the first team squad this week at Broadwood.

Finally, John has also started negotiations with several other clubs as he attempts to boost the squad prior to the transfer window closing on Thursday night.
