Thanks Fans!

Clyde director John Ruddy spoke to the website this evening and wished to convey his thanks on behalf of the club to the fans who gave such tremendous backing to the players at Challenge Cup Final on Sunday:-

“All at Clyde wish to thank the fans. It was a wonderful backing which gave the players a boost and on behalf of the Board and players we wish to thank each and every supporter for they way in which they made the day so special. It was just a pity we did not get the victory but sadly that’s football”.

“Regardless of the result, however, Sunday gave us hope both on and off the pitch. The players worked so hard and they have made us so proud with a series of fine performances since they came to the club”.

“Also, at the weekend we saw the potential of the club too with the terrific backing of so many people. I just hope we can see some more of them coming to Broadwood as I have said before even 250 extra people each matchday would transform the fortunes of our club”.
