Ssba’S Grand Opening
Today is of course Derby day as Clyde prepare to take on Partick Thistle at Firhill this evening however some at the club are getting ready in a slightly different way from the norm.
Commercial director David Dalziel and Joe Miller were delighted to be invited and are giving their support this afternoon to the official opening of the Scottish Spina Bifida Association’s Family Support Centre in Cumbernauld.
Top chef and the Association’s Honorary Patron Gordon Ramsey will be there to lead proceedings and celebrate the grand opening of this new facility. Whether the ex Rangers footballer will have the recipe for three points at Firhill however remains to be seen.
The centre will accommodate a Support Service for families and allow the Association to expand it’s work to meet the needs of its users in the 21st century. It’s a fantastic resource and more news of Clyde’s partnership with the Cumbernauld based SSBA will follow in the coming weeks.
