Volunteers Required

Clyde FC General Manager Robert Hannah contacted the website this morning with a seasonal message as winter bites. “Frost is forecast, so Clyde FC are looking for volunteers to put covers down on the pitch in preparation for Saturday’s home game against Stranraer.”

“Volunteers will be required on Friday morning; any assistance is greatly appreciated. If you can manage please contact the Stadium on 01236 451511 to confirm arrangements prior to arriving.”

“Of course the covers will also be required to be lifted up before the game on Saturday,” Robert added, “so volunteers will be needed on Saturday morning as well. Remember that for this vital job hats, gloves and warm clothing need to be worn.”
