Brighton Rocks!
Tuesday was certainly a special day for Tom Brighton. Not only did he score the winning goal for Clyde but he was also called up to the Scotland Under 21 side to play in Austria next week.
Brighton’s move to Clyde was only made possible due to a significant contribution from the Supporters Trust’s Bully Wee Fund initiative. Graham Roberts made an application to use resources from the Fund to bring another player to Broadwood and was given the green light by the Trust Board.
Thanks as always go to all those supporters who are able to contribute to the Fund for helping to bolster the squad again. Although this present commitment by members is greatly appreciated we need additional funds and all contributions, regardless of how modest they may be, will be put to good use.
