Hamilton Academical 0 V 1 Clyde

Leading scorer Ian Harty’s fourth goal from the first seven League fixtures, a glancing header in the fifteenth minute, and another fine display of goalkeeping from Bryn Halliwell, were key factors in helping Clyde get back to winning ways today at New Douglas Park.

The victory keeps Clyde in third place, equal on points with high-scoring Falkirk and just one point behind top of the table St. Mirren, both of whom also won today. Surprisingly for a Division which is famously competitive, a six point gap has opened up between Clyde and fourth placed Queen of the South.
