Marshall Loan Extended

Aston Villa midfielder Colin Marshall will stay at Clyde until the end of the season after it was agreed with the English club that his loan deal could be extended.

Alan Kernaghan said:-

“We feel there is a lot more to come from Colin in terms of his game and also his consistency. We have to remember that he is only 18, but he has a lot of talent and we’ve been pleased with his performances in the last 8 or 9 games. He needs to knuckle down now and try to produce his best form more often.

“He was keen to stay and play first-team football rather than go back to youth matches at Aston Villa.”
