Marko Could Play On Saturday
Mark McLaughlin has resumed training this week and could play against Raith Rovers at the weekend. The big centre-half took a bad head knock in the second half at Ochilview on Saturday but thankfully didn’t suffer concussion.
Assistant Manager Billy Reid said:-
“Mark can’t header a ball at the moment but he has been taking part in training. He has a lot of swelling around his eye but we’re hoping that will die down by Saturday and he’ll be able to play.”
Bryn Halliwell is also getting back to full fitness this week and is expected to be 100% by Saturday.
However, even at this early stage Chris McGroarty and Pat Keogh are both rated as doubtful to make the match.
