Stronger Squad To Take On Saints

David Hagen will miss tomorrow’s important match against St.Johnstone at Broadwood, as he is suffering from concussion. Also missing, as expected, are Pat Keogh and Jimmy Gibson but all other players who were previously injured or ill have recovered in time to be involved; namely Alan Kernaghan, Allan Morrison, Mark McLaughlin, Stephen McConalogue and Simon Mensing.

Kernaghan commented:-

“We know what to expect from them following the Challenge Cup match and we’ll have to play similarly, if not better, to win the match.”

“I don’t think we’ve been far away from winning a match heavily but, as I’ve said before, we just need that bit extra in front of goal. The St.Mirren match was a good example of what happens if you don’t take your chances when on top of a game.”

“Being at home tomorrow, it’s essential to win as it will be all season at home. Away points are a bonus, although I have every confidence we will win at every away ground before May.”
