Race Against Time For Morrison

Bryn Halliwell, sent off last week at Alloa, is the only player not available for selection for tomorrow’s League opener against Ayr United at Broadwood.

Alan Kernaghan has yet to decide on a starting line-up, but new signing Andy Smith is eligible to play and could feature. Allan Morrison also came through training on Thursday and Friday, so a late decision will be made on whether or not he will play in goals rather than Charlie Clark.

Kernaghan said today:-

“The Cup game last Saturday helped to get rid of a few cobwebs, and it also means we don’t go into this game cold. Pre-season is pre-season but we are into the real work now and it will be a difficult match. Ayr might not be very happy with their pre-season but that doesn’t matter now and they will be up for this one.”
