Injuries Update

The season is only a few weeks old but already Alan Kernaghan and Billy Reid have a mounting injury list to contend with. Here is what the Manager had to say on each player currently struggling…

Mark McLaughlin – “Mark will be out for at least a fortnight, as he’s pulled a muscle in his foot.”

Pat Keogh – “Pat is going for a scan on Thursday, as it’s important we do things right at this stage rather than it becoming a bigger problem further down the line. We won’t know until then the extent of his knee injury but he is progressing ok.”

David Hagen – “David has a slight hamstring problem but he is responding well to treatment so we are confident he’ll be ready to play on Saturday.”

Allan Morrison – “Alan is coming on, and might be ready to be involved on Saturday.”

Alan Kernaghan – “I’m seeing a specialist tomorrow as I’m not getting any better unfortunately.”
