Excelsior Provides Cover

Syberry Excelsior Stadium have kindly let Clyde borrow their pitch covers this week, in an attempt to make Broadwood playable for the match against Motherwell. Frosty overnight weather is forecasted until the weekend, so every precaution is being taken to ensure the crunch Scottish Cup tie can go ahead.

Airdrie United do not have a fixture this Saturday, following their exit from the Cup, so luckily Clyde have been granted use of Excelsior’s covers.

They are expected to arrive at the Stadium on Thursday, and be layed on the pitch until Saturday morning.
