Clyde 3 V 2 St.Mirren
The Bully Wee made hard work of winning a game they mostly dominated today, but the end result of three points was the most important thing.
St.Mirren took the lead against the run of play before Willie Falconer opened his Clyde account with a good double. Clyde totally dominated the rest of the half, playing some excellent football, but the elusive third goal didn’t arrive. Typically, sloppy defending led to an equaliser at the start of the second half, but Clyde’s subsequent pressure eventually paid off and Paddy Keogh bundled in the winner.
