St.Mirren 1 V 4 Clyde

Once in a while a special game comes along that you won’t forget in a hurry. Today’s epic comeback at Love Street (ensuring the first win there since 1973) was one of those. A goal down at half-time after probably Clyde’s worst 45 minutes of the season, everyone responded brilliantly in the second and produced a memorable 4 goal display.

Andy Millen scored a superb equaliser from the edge of the box and soon after Colin Nish slammed home the second following fine work by Hinds. Backed by a tremendous support, Clyde went on and made the scoreline more convincing through a magnificant strike by Ross and a last minute clincher by Nish.

It was thrilling stuff and you can see extended highlights on STV’s Scotsport tomorrow (Sunday) at 4.45pm.

A full match report with reaction from AK, Colin Nish, John Potter, Bryn Halliwell and Andy Millen will be on the site tomorrow.

The other results in Division 1 were:-

Ayr 0 v 1 Queen of the South
Falkirk 3 v 0 Alloa
