Keogh Back In Contention

Top-scorer Pat Keogh is fit again in time for tomorrow’s top of the table gala day clash with Falkirk at Broadwood, and will probably feature at some stage in the game. However, Bryan Smith has picked up a calf injury and won’t be in the squad.

Alan Kernaghan talked to the website about the game this afternoon:-

“We’re all looking forward to the game, it should be a great occasion with a good atmosphere. There’ll be two decent teams on the park, so hopefully we can put on a show for the big crowd.”

“It’ll be difficult, but we are at home so that gives us an advantage. If we play as we have been recently then we have a chance. All I can ask for is that we give a good account of ourselves, if we come off second best having done that then there’s not a lot we can do.”

“Falkirk are a good side. The two up front will cause us problems and everyone knows that Lee Miller is a good player. A lot will depend on whether or not Kevin James plays, and John Hughes is also experienced at the back.”
