St.Johnstone 0 V 1 Clyde
A Leigh Hinds penalty after 18 minutes was enough to earn Clyde a superb 3 points at McDiarmid Park yesterday. Arguably, Clyde have played better this season without winning but the determination and spirit in the side was second to none.
The Saints dominated most of the midfield play, but a defensively solid performance limited the home side to only 2 or 3 chances. Leigh Hinds and Stevie Convery (who replaced Jack Ross early on at right wing back) in particular had excellent games.
A full match report will be on the site later, with reaction from Alan Kernaghan.
The other results in the Division were:-
Alloa 0 v 1 Queen of the South
Arbroath 2 v 0 Falkirk
Inverness 2 v 0 Ayr
St.Mirren 1 v 1 Ross County
