Former Man Utd Players On Trial

Alan Kernaghan has brought Stephen Cosgrove and David Moran to Broadwood on trial, both formerly of Manchester United, with a view to permanent moves.

Cosgrove, 21, was born in Glasgow but spent his youth at Old Trafford before moving back home to sign for Motherwell at the start of last season. He was loaned to Stirling Albion for the final two months of the season, and made 9 appearances. The talented midfielder would be a welcome addition to the squad.

19 year old goalkeeper David Moran has just been released by Man Utd, and is looking for a club. The Irish-born player may well be seen as an ideal signing following the departure of Dave McEwan. David was expected to feature for the under-18s against Livingston today.
