Chairman’S Comment

Having criticised a section of our support for their reaction at the end of the Arbroath game, I feel it is only fair that I express my thanks to the Clyde fans for the tremendous backing they gave the team on Saturday. Even at 2-0 down the reaction from the Clyde support was vocal, passionate and very positive.

I feel the players responded to this although, as we know, the final result was very disappointing. However the match and the atmosphere provided a great advert for the First Division, and I would like to think that anyone who was at Broadwood on Saturday would certainly be back.
