72-73 Legends Lunch – 15th December
Following on from the very successful 77-78 Legends Lunch at the end of last season, the club is delighted to announce that Saturday 15th December, when Clyde play Annan Athletic at Broadwood, will see the latest Legends event taking place in the Arria Lounge.
This time, the lunch will look back at the 1972-73 season, with several squad members from that Second Division Championship squad set to be in attendance. More details will follow soon regarding the individual players.
As an added bonus, the book of the season, written by Clyde supporters Alan Maxwell, Jim Hutchison, Graeme Clark and club historian Gordon Sydney, will be available to purchase on the day. Again, more details will follow on this great initiative.
The menu will essentially be Christmas Fayre, although other tastes will also be catered for.
So, come along and reminisce with your friends, fellow fans, and of course the players who saw The Bully Wee emerge as Second Division Champions in April 1973.
