FFIT Programmes Resume

The Clyde FC Community Foundation, in association with the SPFL Trust, is this week re-commencing the Football Fans in Training (FFIT) programmes for both men and women.

FFIT is designed for anyone aged between 35 and 65 who have a BMI of 28 or more.

If you think this sounds like you, why not give FFIT a try? Do you want to lose weight, have a healthier lifestyle and ultimately be fitter? The 12 week FFIT programme can help you do this.

The main aims of the programme are to:-

  • Increase knowledge of diet & nutrition
  • Improve lifestyle choices
  • Increase physical activity amongst participants
  • Reduce weight and waist measurements
  • Increase engagement in other physical activity

FFIT for women started last night and takes place every Monday at Link Community Centre, Cumbernauld, 6.30-7.30 pm. For more information, please contact karen.welsh@clydefc.co.uk.
