Head coach, Richard Fox spoke to the official website after the match:-

"I'm really happy with the result. We lost an early goal after a bit of a defensive mix-up, but after that we dictated the play for most of the match.

"We played some excellent football and the boys work rate, effort and enthusiasm was superb. We went down to ten men in the second half and it was great to see that that didn't affect us and that we kept to our structures.

"Overall, the boys have bounced back really well after the Youth Cup defeat. They are started to gel and get a good understanding of each other."

Next up for the youngsters is an away match against Ayr United, during week commencing 19th September.
