Harry Receives Hall of Fame Award
While seven members of the 1966-67 squad were in attendance at the club’s recent Hall of Fame event, there were two members that couldn’t make it on the night.
Harry Glasgow – Clyde captain during that season – was one of those.
Dick Staite very kindly arranged to take Harry his commemorative salver and a copy of the newly published ‘Unsung Heroes’ book. Harry was reportedly delighted and spent a good few hours chatting about Clyde and football in general with Dick.
The club’s congratulations go to Harry for being part of the famous 1966-67 squad now inducted into the club’s Hall of Fame, with thanks also to Dick for taking the time and effort to visit Harry.
