Gilfillan Deal Agreed

Thu, 16th Aug 2012 10:07pm

The club is pleased to confirm the signature of Bryan Gilfillan on a one-year deal.

The 27-year-old, formerly of Annan Athletic, primarily operates in midfield but can also play as a forward. It was the latter position that he featured in at Montrose as a trialist on Saturday, impressing with his all round performance and scoring The Bully Wee's opening goal.

Clyde manager, Jim Duffy said, "Bryan will be a valuable addition to the squad. He's a player I've admired for some time and when he became available recently I was keen to bring him in.

"He's at a good age, has good game knowledge and will bring a level of experience that the team needs."

Bryan looks set to be involved in Saturday's match against Peterhead, taking place at Recreation Park.
